 I wonder if future generations will think the art and art-commentary of this era was preoccupied with race? There’s no agenda with this comment. It’s not a thinly-veiled indictment of everyone’s humanities degree. But, I wonder if in the future people will read/view/listen to media from say, 1970 through some time after now and be like “hey those guys really thought about race a lot. Sure is nice that we’ve figured that shit out and now we don’t talk about it.”
